What can AN Cargo Services ship?

Gifts, parcels, letters, important documents, money orders, household items and commercial freight. We handle everything from a single envelope to a full container. Restricted items — batteries, liquids, aerosols, perishables — depend on the destination and the mode, so ask before you pack.

How do I get a shipping quote?

Use the calculator on the rates page for an instant estimate, or send us the destination, approximate weight and contents on WhatsApp. Estimates are subject to weighing at our facility, and exclude any duties or taxes charged at the destination.

How long does delivery take?

Sea freight to the UK is typically 22–28 days; air cargo is 5–8 days; courier is 5–10 days depending on the destination. Overland movements within Pakistan are usually next day. Customs clearance can add time at either end.

How do I track my shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every shipment gets a reference in the format ANCS-YYMM-NNNN. Enter it on the tracking page, or scan the QR code printed on your carton label with any phone camera — it opens the tracking page for that shipment directly.

Do you collect from my address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Door-to-door includes collection anywhere in Pakistan and delivery to the recipient’s address abroad. You can also drop cargo at our Faisalabad, Lahore or Karachi offices.

Is my cargo insured?

Accepted Answer

Marine and air cargo insurance is available and is priced on the declared value of the consignment. It is optional but strongly recommended for anything fragile or high-value. Tell us the declared value when you book.

Are there weight or size limits?

Accepted Answer

Sea LCL starts at a 10 kg chargeable minimum with no practical upper limit. Air cargo and courier have per-piece limits that vary by carrier. Oversized or heavy single pieces need a specific quote, so send dimensions as well as weight.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes, at both ends, on door-to-door and sea freight bookings. On port-to-port bookings you or your agent clear at the destination and we provide the bill of lading and documentation needed.

What if my shipment is delayed or damaged?

Accepted Answer

Contact the office that booked it, with your ANCS reference. We will trace it and tell you exactly where it is. For damage, photograph the carton before opening it fully and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — discounted freight rates on gifts, parcels and documents sent to family overseas, and contractual monthly rates for commercial shippers moving regular volume. Ask when you request a quote.
